Tammy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from UCLA in 1991. She went on to earn her Master’s degree from University of Pacific in 1993. She has continued her education with a special interest in orthopedics and sports medicine. Tammy enjoys developing individualized programs for all age groups to help them return to their active lives and encouraging them to maximize their potential.
Tammy has a special interest in ACL injuries, lower extremity biomechanics, and sports-related injuries. She has worked with high school and collegiate athletes across varied sports, and particularly enjoys teaming up with teen and young adult athletes to assist them in their rehabilitation journey.
Tammy grew up primarily in the Bay Area and alongside her husband, raised their (now adult) children. Many days you will find her running, skiing, hiking, swimming, or simply enjoying being active outdoors. She also enjoys travel with her husband and their grown children when they are available. She has been a long-time member of the West Valley Track Club and volunteers in the community.
